Weather Conditions Affecting Several States

Inclement weather conditions are preventing public and private sectors to operate. Multiple States are closed so, we can expect some delays in the processing of incorporation documents. Here is a list of closed Secretaries of State:

Additionally, The Division of Corporations in Florida, announced that its servers are currently down, and the division is unable to access email or entity records and they are unable to process corporate work, until new notice.
